Privacybeleid

Ironista is een app die buren met elkaar verbindt: mensen die hun strijk willen laten doen en mensen die willen strijken. Dit beleid legt uit welke gegevens we verwerken, waarom, en welke rechten je hebt volgens de AVG (GDPR).

Wie is verantwoordelijk?

Welke gegevens?

• Account: een anonieme gebruikers-ID; optioneel je e-mailadres en wachtwoord (versleuteld) als je je account bewaart.
• Profiel: voornaam/initiaal, optionele foto en beschrijving, rollen (klant/strijker), taal, gemeente.
• Locatie: een benaderende locatie via GPS (alleen als je dat toestaat, alleen terwijl de app open is) of het centrum van je postcode. Anderen zien nooit je coördinaten, alleen je gemeente en een afstandscategorie (bv. "1–2 km").
• Contact (optioneel): adres, telefoon en IBAN. Alleen zichtbaar voor iemand met wie je een bestelling hebt.
• Gebruik: strijkmanden, aanvragen, bestellingen, berichten en foto's in de chat, beoordelingen, meldingen en blokkeringen.
• Advertenties: de app toont advertenties van Google AdMob. Google kan daarvoor je advertentie-ID, IP-adres en apparaatgegevens gebruiken. Gepersonaliseerde advertenties alleen met je toestemming via het toestemmingsscherm van Google; je kan dit altijd wijzigen via Profiel → Privacy-instellingen advertenties.

Waarom en op welke grond?

• De dienst leveren (matchen, bestellingen, chat): uitvoering van de overeenkomst (art. 6.1.b AVG).
• Locatie via GPS en gepersonaliseerde advertenties: jouw toestemming (art. 6.1.a), altijd intrekbaar.
• Veiligheid, misbruik voorkomen en meldingen behandelen: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f).

Wie verwerkt gegevens voor ons?

• Supabase (database, login, opslag) – servers in Frankfurt (EU).
• Google AdMob (advertenties) – kan gegevens buiten de EU verwerken onder de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
• Cloudflare (deze website).

We verkopen je gegevens niet.

Hoe lang?

Zolang je account bestaat. Als je je account verwijdert (Profiel → Account verwijderen, of per e-mail), worden je profiel, bestellingen, berichten, foto's en beoordelingen meteen uit de actieve systemen verwijderd; back-ups worden binnen 30 dagen overschreven.

Je rechten

Inzage, verbetering, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid, bezwaar en het intrekken van toestemming. Mail ons via het adres hierboven. Je kan ook klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Leeftijd

Ironista is bedoeld voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder.

Wijzigingen

Bij belangrijke wijzigingen laten we het in de app weten.

Hangi veriler?

• Hesap: anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği; hesabını kaydedersen isteğe bağlı e-posta ve (şifrelenmiş) şifre.
• Profil: ad/baş harf, isteğe bağlı fotoğraf ve açıklama, roller (müşteri/ütücü), dil, belediye.
• Konum: izin verirsen ve sadece uygulama açıkken GPS ile yaklaşık konum, ya da posta kodunun merkezi. Başkaları koordinatlarını asla görmez; sadece belediyeni ve bir mesafe aralığını (ör. "1–2 km") görür.
• İletişim (isteğe bağlı): adres, telefon ve IBAN. Sadece siparişin olan kişi görür.
• Kullanım: ütü sepetleri, talepler, siparişler, sohbet mesajları ve fotoğrafları, değerlendirmeler, şikayetler ve engellemeler.
• Reklam: uygulama Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Google bunun için reklam kimliğini, IP adresini ve cihaz bilgilerini kullanabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam sadece Google'ın onay ekranında izin verirsen; Profil → Reklam gizlilik ayarları'ndan her zaman değiştirebilirsin.

Neden ve hangi hukuki dayanakla?

• Hizmeti sunmak (eşleştirme, sipariş, sohbet): sözleşmenin ifası (GDPR md. 6.1.b).
• GPS konumu ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam: açık rızan (md. 6.1.a), her zaman geri alınabilir.
• Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme ve şikayetleri inceleme: meşru menfaat (md. 6.1.f).

Verileri kimler işler?

• Supabase (veritabanı, giriş, depolama) – sunucular Frankfurt'ta (AB).
• Google AdMob (reklam) – verileri Avrupa Komisyonu standart sözleşme maddeleriyle AB dışında işleyebilir.
• Cloudflare (bu web sitesi).

Verilerini satmayız.

Ne kadar süre?

Hesabın var olduğu sürece. Hesabını sildiğinde (Profil → Hesabı sil veya e-posta ile) profilin, siparişlerin, mesajların, fotoğrafların ve değerlendirmelerin aktif sistemlerden hemen silinir; yedekler 30 gün içinde üzerine yazılır.

Hakların

Erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, itiraz ve rızayı geri alma. Yukarıdaki adrese yazman yeterli. Belçika Veri Koruma Otoritesi'ne de şikayette bulunabilirsin (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Yaş

Ironista 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir.

Değişiklikler

Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz.

Quelles données ?

• Compte : un identifiant anonyme ; en option ton e-mail et ton mot de passe (chiffré) si tu enregistres ton compte.
• Profil : prénom/initiale, photo et description facultatives, rôles (client/repasseur), langue, commune.
• Position : une position approximative par GPS (seulement si tu l'autorises et pendant que l'app est ouverte) ou le centre de ton code postal. Les autres ne voient jamais tes coordonnées, seulement ta commune et une tranche de distance (ex. « 1–2 km »).
• Contact (facultatif) : adresse, téléphone et IBAN, visibles uniquement par la personne avec qui tu as une commande.
• Utilisation : paniers, demandes, commandes, messages et photos du chat, avis, signalements et blocages.
• Publicité : l'app affiche des annonces Google AdMob. Google peut utiliser l'identifiant publicitaire, l'adresse IP et des données de l'appareil. Annonces personnalisées uniquement avec ton consentement via l'écran de Google ; modifiable dans Profil → Confidentialité des publicités.

Pourquoi et sur quelle base ?

• Fournir le service (mise en relation, commandes, chat) : exécution du contrat (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
• Position GPS et publicité personnalisée : ton consentement (art. 6.1.a), révocable à tout moment.
• Sécurité, prévention des abus et traitement des signalements : intérêt légitime (art. 6.1.f).

Sous-traitants

• Supabase (base de données, connexion, stockage) – serveurs à Francfort (UE).
• Google AdMob (publicité) – peut traiter des données hors UE sous les clauses contractuelles types de la Commission européenne.
• Cloudflare (ce site web).

Nous ne vendons pas tes données.

Durée de conservation

Tant que ton compte existe. Si tu supprimes ton compte (Profil → Supprimer le compte, ou par e-mail), ton profil, tes commandes, messages, photos et avis sont supprimés immédiatement des systèmes actifs ; les sauvegardes sont écrasées sous 30 jours.

Tes droits

Accès, rectification, effacement, limitation, portabilité, opposition et retrait du consentement : écris-nous à l'adresse ci-dessus. Tu peux aussi porter plainte auprès de l'Autorité de protection des données (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Âge

Ironista est destiné aux personnes de 18 ans et plus.

Modifications

Nous t'informerons dans l'app de tout changement important.

Ironista connects neighbours: people who want their ironing done and people who iron. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Who is responsible?

What data?

• Account: an anonymous user ID; optionally your e-mail and (encrypted) password if you save your account.
• Profile: first name/initial, optional photo and description, roles (customer/ironer), language, town.
• Location: an approximate location via GPS (only if you allow it, only while the app is open) or the centre of your postcode. Others never see your coordinates, only your town and a distance range (e.g. "1–2 km").
• Contact (optional): address, phone and IBAN, visible only to someone you have an order with.
• Usage: baskets, requests, orders, chat messages and photos, reviews, reports and blocks.
• Ads: the app shows Google AdMob ads. Google may use your advertising ID, IP address and device data for this. Personalised ads only with your consent through Google's consent screen; change it any time in Profile → Ad privacy settings.

Why and on what legal basis?

• Providing the service (matching, orders, chat): performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• GPS location and personalised ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Safety, abuse prevention and handling reports: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes data for us?

• Google AdMob (ads) – may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data.

How long?

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account, or by e-mail), your profile, orders, messages, photos and reviews are removed from live systems immediately; backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawing consent: e-mail us at the address above. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Age

Ironista is meant for people aged 18 and over.

We will tell you in the app about important changes.
